About the Role

As a Customer Success Associate at ReloShare, you will play a pivotal role in supporting non-profit and governmental agencies to implement and optimize their hotel emergency housing programs. This role is crucial for those with a deep understanding of funding sources such as VOCA, VAWA, FVPSA, and HUD, and who have a passion for empowering social service organizations to expand their impact through innovative housing solutions. Responsibilities

  • Program Development Support: Guide clients in developing their hotel emergency housing programs, including providing best practices, sample policies, and feedback on guest screening processes.
  • Funding Identification: Assist agencies in identifying and securing funding sources to finance emergency housing, leveraging your knowledge of common grants and financial aid programs.
  • Product Expansion: Actively promote the use of other ReloShare products, helping customers enhance their service offerings and achieve greater efficiencies.
  • Client Onboarding and Training: Facilitate new client onboarding, provide platform training, and deliver educational materials and webinars to ensure clients are well-versed in utilizing our services effectively.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact for any inquiries or support needed.
  • Customer Support and Issue Resolution: Offer exemplary customer service across multiple channels, resolve issues promptly, and escalate complex concerns as necessary.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze client usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and report these insights to the executive team.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in social services or case management, with at least one year in a role providing technical assistance related to housing programs.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • At least one year of experience in social service or case management.
  • One year of experience in training delivery and technical assistance.
  • Proven experience in outreach or training roles.
