About the Role

As an Onboarding Associate at ReloShare, you will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless integration of new clients into the Safe Stays program. This role focuses on providing exceptional service and support to non-profit and governmental agency customers during their critical first 90 days. You will guide them in fully leveraging our platform to enhance their ability to provide emergency housing solutions. This role offers the chance to directly impact the lives of vulnerable populations by equipping social service providers with the tools they need to succeed. Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding: Facilitate the initial setup of new client accounts, conduct training sessions on platform use, and guide them through the initial booking process to ensure a smooth start.
  • Periodic Check-Ins: Regularly connect with new clients throughout their first 90 days to address any questions, gauge their satisfaction, and adjust services as necessary to meet their needs.
  • Training and Resources: Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and resources to enhance client understanding and proficiency with the Safe Stays platform.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients, serving as their go-to contact for ongoing support and inquiries.
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and efficient assistance through various communication channels, resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor client engagement and platform usage, gather insights, and prepare reports on client progress and success for internal stakeholders.
  • Feedback Integration: Actively seek and compile client feedback to inform continuous improvements in the onboarding process and platform functionalities.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience in social service or case management, with a minimum of one year required.
  • Knowledgeable in technical assistance and familiar with housing programs for social service providers.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and capable of managing multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
