Tracy Community Connections Center aims to empower individuals facing homelessness by providing access to the resources and support they need to regain stability, security, independence, and freedom. We serve low-income families in San Joaquin and Stanislaus Counties with street outreach, free showers, laundry, and food, case management, rental assistance, and eviction prevention.
